In my initial forest training week, one of the most exciting and inventive sessions that we had is building a choo-choo village. The experience was so enjoyable and I decided not to do it in the beginning of the year. I wanted to save it for One of the forest weeks that we have.
Last week I decided it’s finally time to build our choo-choo village. Every session has gone to the forest and added their own contribution for the choo-choo people and their new Village. Every day I took a different class into the woods and saw the choo-choo Villag grow into a small choo-choo Town and now maybe a small choo-choo city. It’s so enjoyable to see how different grades build other stuff in this choo-choo town.
Today I took the six grade kids to the forest and the look on their face when they first saw the village was priceless. And afterwards they added their own contribution to the city.
