Working on the handbook

I’ve reached the final stretch in my forest school portfolio, and in the past three weeks we’ve been working hard on the handbook.
When I say we I mean Elana the English teacher and basically my partner in this journey and I.
Some of the other teachers in our school also a Health in some of the policies and procedures and we gave a great thanks to them.
Working on the handbook has been challenging to say at least but also quite rewarding.
I feel the handbook is a collection of all the parts of the bold portfolio and it really brings everything together.
Lately I’ve been wondering if everyone is doing the same path as I do. It is quite obvious that our road is longer and more challenging because were the first in our clan three to write a handbook for a Forest School.
Everything has to be done twice, once in Hebrew and once in English because were actually writing a book that we think that people in Israel will use in the future when they wanna learn or practiced for forest school.

The most challenging part is to take different policies from foreign schools and the Ministry of education in Israel and took combined them into one policy that feeds boats regulation yet still keeps the hearts of what forest school is all about.
I feel challenging days ahead of me as I come into the final stages of my portfolio and getting ready for assessment week.
