Hi.
While working on the handbook we wrote the Equa opportunity policy that states every child should have equal rights to attend forest school sessions.

In our school there are two special needs classes.
When we wrote the equal opportunity policy we had those kids and other kids in mind. But after careful consideration which side this policy is not enough due to the fact that we are the first one in Israel, and it might be that this handbook will be used in the future for other forest schools.
In our believe, the equal opportunity policy is enough, we consider all children to have equal rights no matter which class, special needs or normal, they come from.
But the reality is that not all schools have the same educational approach as we do, so it’s most important to put and additional special needs education policy for forest school.
